Juice Fountain Compact BJE200XL

Breville is a maker of juice extractors and from their customer feedback they have designed the BJE200XL Juice Fountain Compact.  A juice extractor with a smaller footprint was something juicers wanted and the BJE200XL was developed for small kitchens with limited space.

However, don’t let the smaller size fool you.  It uses a 700 watt motor that spins a filter basket at 14,000 RPM extracting 8 ounces or a cup of juice in only 5 seconds.

1.5 quarts of juice can be made until the internal pulp container needs to be cleaned.  Parts are easy to assemble and disassemble and are dishwasher safe.  Included is a special brush for cleaning the micro-mesh filter basket.

The maximum juice yield is achieved with the patented dual centered knife system.  Fruits and vegetables are minced into minute particles then forced against the filter cutter basket at high speeds.

Whole uncut fruits and vegetables can fit into the large 3 inch diameter patented feed tube.

The BJE200XL juicer includes a patented stabilizing knife that centers fruits or vegetables over the cutter and filter that increase yields by 30%.  This makes the Breville Juice Fountain Compact 10 times faster than other juice makers.

A one liter juice jug collects extracted juice.  The lid can be on while juice collects to prevent splatter.  The lid also has a built in froth separator to separate froth from the juice when pouring juice into a glass.
